Ayres Hotels | Roofing Standards

Ayres Hotels began construction in early August 2012 on their 21st Southern California location in Fountain Valley, CA.  Construction for the 124-room Ayres Hotel will take approximately 12-16 months to be completed. Roofing Standards was awarded this project by the Olson Company and began roofing in late April 2013.  We will be installing the best of the best on this project – FiberTite KEE, single-ply membrane over the flat roofing sections, and CertainTeed’s Landmark shingles over the pitched roofing sections.  We are currently midway through this project and are expected finish by end of June.
