April 27th we’ll be installing Fibertite 50 mil XT with a 25 year NDL warranty on 111 sqs for Arbor Maintenance Yard in Lakewood.

Project Notes: Restaurant roofs require a high-performance roof system, installed by experienced, factory trained installers. Restaurant roofs are typically very detail oriented with excessive roof penetrations for mechanical, refrigeration, and ventilation requirements. Roofing Standards successfully completed Chick-Fil-A Buena Vista project on time, on budget, and was passed by a Duro-Last inspector for a 20yr NDL Manufacturer Warranty.
This is what we had to do to get material on/off the building…it’s a long way down.
The Wilshire Westholme HOA will be receiving Fibertite 50 mil XT. This building is an 18 floor high rise condominium building with 16 floors.
Roofing Standards recently just started installing GAF 60 mil TPO roof system on 1400 sqs for the Diamond Bar Tennis Club HOA.
