Project Notes: Roofing Standards recently completed the installation of a 36 mil FiberTite roof system over an existing Built-Up Rock Roof at a Bank of America Salinas CA. The existing rock roof was prepped by removing/disposing of all loose dirt and gravel. Next a 1/4″ recover board was mechanically fastened over the existing BUR membrane creating a suitable substrate. Lastly, we installed a 36 mil FiberTite roof system per 15yr NDL specifications.

On a new construction project in Oxnard, Roofing Standards is installing Fibertite 45 mil SM on there 11,500 sq ft. building and receiving a 20 year NDL warranty.
